Recipe from today's picnic

Hello all! I apologize in advance for sending this out to everyone, but I thought it would be the easiest way to get the recipe for the coconut apricot balls out to those who had asked. 

1 cup dried apricots
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS meted coconut oil

Pour all ingredients into a food processor and pulse it all together. Roll into balls and place on a plate. Freeze for an hour, then store in the refrigerator.
